By creating a user account, placing an order, submitting a complaint, withdrawing from the contract, adding a comment, subscribing to the newsletter, subscribing to the webinar, adding a comment or simply by contacting us, you provide us with your personal data, and we guarantee that your the data will remain confidential, secure and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your express consent.

Purposes, legal basis and period of personal data processing

Purposes, legal basis and period of personal data processing are indicated separately for each purpose of data processing (see description of individual purposes of personal data processing below).

Rights

RODOgrant you the following potential rights related to the processing of your personal data:

1)      the right to access personal data,

2)      the right to rectify personal data,

3)      the right to delete personal data,

4)      the right to limit the processing of personal data,

5)      the right to object to the processing of personal data,

6)      right to data portability,

7)      the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,

8)   the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data if you have given such consent.

The rules related to the implementation of the indicated rights are described in detail in art. 16 - 21 GDPR. We encourage you to read these regulations. For our part, we consider it necessary to explain to you that the above-mentioned rights are not absolute and you will not be entitled to all the processing of your personal data. For your convenience, we have made an effort to indicate the rights you are entitled to as part of the description of individual personal data processing operations.

 

We emphasize that you always have one of the rights indicated above - if you believe that during the processing of your personal data we have violated the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the opportunity to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

You can also always ask us to provide you with information about what data we have about you and for what purposes we process it. All you have to do is send a message to info@connectorio.com. However, we have made every effort to ensure that the information you are interested in is comprehensively presented in this privacy policy. The e-mail address provided above can also be used if you have any questions related to the processing of your personal data.

Security

We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us. We ensure that all security measures and personal data protection required by the provisions on the protection of personal data are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.

List of entrustments

Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services we use to process data and provide services to you or fulfill orders in the online store. We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities.

  3. Whitesquare GmbH, Beckengaesschen 1, 8200 Schaffhausen, Switzerland - in order to provide a mechanism for collecting email addresses through popups and to use sales pages where an email address is provided,

  4. WebinarNinja, Team ON PTY LTD, 333 George Street, Level 13, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia - to use the webinar system, in which your personal data is processed if you participate in the webinar we organize.

  5. Salespanel, Vardhaman Syndicate 303, Lunkad Skymax, Viman Nagar, Pune. India - 411014 - to use the system to track the activity of companies using the website https://connectorio.com .

  6. Baliszewska Zielińscy Consulting Sp. z o. o., ul. Kinowa 20 lok. 84, 04-017 Warsaw - to use accounting services that involve the processing of your data when we issue an invoice for you.

All entities entrusted with the processing of personal data guarantee the use of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.

Purposes and processing activities 

User

account When creating a user account, you must enter your email address and define a password for the account. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to open an account. As part of editing your user profile, you can provide further information about yourself, i.e. your name, billing address and shipping address. Providing this data is completely voluntary. You can have an account without providing these further details. In this situation, when placing an order you will have to enter this data manually.

The data entered by you as part of the user account is processed only for the purpose of maintaining the account and providing you the opportunity to use it. Providing data in the user's account is designed to help you place orders in the store by automatically submitting data to the order form.

 

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data as part of your user account is the implementation of the account maintenance contract, which you conclude on the basis of the store's regulations - art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR.

The data collected in the user account is processed as part of the WordPress system and stored on the server provided by H88 SA

Your data will be processed as part of the account as long as you have a user account. After deleting the account, your data will be deleted from the database, except for data about orders placed.

You can correct the data contained in your account at any time. You can also decide to delete your account at any time. You also have the right to transfer data referred to in art. 20 GDPR.

Orders

When placing an order, you must provide data necessary to complete the order, such as name, surname, billing address and e-mail address. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

The data provided to us in connection with the order is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order (art.6 par.1 lit.b RODO), issuing an invoice (art.6 par.1 lit.c RODO), including the invoice in our accounting documentation (art. 6 para. 1 lit.c RODO) and for archival and statistical purposes (art.6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR).

The data contained in the order placed via the store are processed as part of the WordPress system and stored on a server provided by H88 SA.

If you have a user account, your order will be visible within the order history of the account.

Each order is documented with an invoice. Invoices are issued using the IFIRMA SA system. The invoice is forwarded to the accounting office of Baliszewska Zielińscy Consulting Sp. z

o. o. Data on orders will be processed for the time necessary to complete the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract. In addition, after this deadline, the data may still be processed by us for statistical purposes. Also remember that we have an obligation to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.

In the case of order data, you cannot rectify this data after the order has been processed. You also can not object to data processing and demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract. Similarly, you cannot oppose the processing of data and demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. After the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract, you may, however, object to the processing of your data by us for statistical purposes, as well as to demand the deletion of your data from our database.

In relation to data on orders, you also have the right to transfer data referred to in art. 20 GDPR.

Newsletter.

If you want to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your email address via the newsletter subscription form.

The data provided to us during the subscription to the newsletter are used to send you the newsletter, and the legal basis for their processing is your consent (art.6 par.1 lit.a RODO) expressed when subscribing to the newsletter.

The data is processed as part of the ActiveCampaign mailing system and stored on a server provided by ActiveCampaign LLC.

The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you unsubscribe earlier, which will delete your data from the database.

You can correct your data saved in the newsletter database at any time, as well as request their removal by unsubscribing from the newsletter. You also have the right to transfer data referred to in art. 20 GDPR.

Webinars

If you want to participate in the webinar that we organize, you must provide us with your personal data such as email address and name. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the webinar.

The data provided to us in relation to participation in the webinar are used to organize the webinar, and the legal basis for their processing is your consent (art.6 par.1 lit.a RODO) resulting from signing up for the webinar.

The data is processed as part of the WebinarJam webinar service system and stored on a server provided by WebinarNinja, Team ON PTY LTD.

The data will be deleted within 30 days of the end of the webinar. During this period, you can correct your data saved in the webinar system, as well as request their deletion earlier than the date indicated above. You also have the right to transfer data referred to in art. 20 GDPR.

Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

If you file a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the content of the complaint or statement of withdrawal from the contract, which includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to make a complaint or withdraw from the contract.

The data provided to us in connection with the submission of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract is used to carry out the complaint procedure or the procedure for withdrawing from the contract (art.6 par.1 lit.c RODO).

The data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the complaint or withdrawal procedure. Complaints and statements of withdrawal from the contract may also be archived for statistical purposes.

In the case of data contained in complaints and declarations of withdrawal from the contract, you are not able to rectify this data. You also can not object to data processing and demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract. After the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract, you may, however, object to the processing of your data by us for statistical purposes, as well as to demand the deletion of your data from our database.

E-mail

contact By contacting us via e-mail, including sending an inquiry via the contact form, you naturally give us your e-mail address as the sender's address. In addition, you can also include other personal data in the message. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to make contact.

In this case, your data is processed in order to contact you, and the basis for processing is art. 6 clause 1 lit. and GDPR, i.e. your consent resulting from initiating contact with us. The legal basis for post-contact processing is the legitimate purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

The content of correspondence may be archived and we are not able to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of correspondence with you (if it has been archived), as well as to request its removal, unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding interests, e.g. defense against potential claims on your part.

Comments and references

If you want to add a comment on your blog, you must complete the form and provide your email address and name. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to add a comment.

The comment system is supported by Thrive Comments tools, the reference system is operated by Thrive Ovation and Thrive Leads from the company Whitesquare GmbH, Beckengaesschen 1, 8200 Schaffhausen, Switzerland. Whitesquare is not an independent administrator of your personal data, and all data supported by the Thrive Comments, Thrive Ovation and Thrive Leads tools remain on the server of H88 SA, which provides system hosting and website https://connectorio.com. Whitesquare assures the anonymity of the data contained in the cookies used by their solutions and that no cookies contain personal data.

The data provided when adding a comment is used to publish a comment on the blog, and the legal basis for their processing is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) resulting from the addition of a comment.

The data will be processed for the duration of comments on the blog, unless you request removal of the comment in advance, which will delete your data from the database.

You can correct your data assigned to a comment at any time, as well as request their removal. You also have the right to transfer data referred to in art. 20 GDPR. You can exercise these rights directly under your user account in the Thrive Comments system.

We use the WordPress add-on - Thrive Comments to support comments on the blog and in the training section. This involves the use of cookies that do not store users' personal data. Thrive Comments may use the information stored in cookies for marketing purposes only as part of the https://connectorio.com website. The company Whitesquare GmbH, which offers this solution, ensures the anonymity of information collected as part of cookies.

Server logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which the website is stored. Each query directed to the server is saved in the server's logs.

Logs include, among others Your IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and operating system you use. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
